CANCELLATION :

If you wish to cancel your workshop booking, you have 7 days after booking to make a refund request, this will be processed minus £3 per person to cover our ticket-provider’s charges. Please be aware that the payment can take up to 5 days to return to your bank account.

We can unfortunately not offer a refund after this period and all bookings are final. If you can't attend the workshop, we encourage you to pass your booking on to a friend.

To arrange a cancellation, please reply to your original booking confirmation.

RESCHEDULING :

If you wish to reschedule, please let us know at least 7 days before your original booking start time. Please reply to your booking confirmation email with the time and date of the workshop you wish to be moved to, and we will confirm if it is possible.

Our workshops require a minimum of 3 people to run. Should we need to cancel a workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund. We will aim to give you 24 hours notice in advance of this occurrence.

PRIVATE EVENT & PARTY - Terms & Conditions :

A non-refundable deposit of £50 secures your event booking . The final balance is due 7 days before your event.

We cannot refund individual cancellations after the final invoice is due (7 days before the event) but we are happy for someone to take the place or for the rest of the group to make additional items for the person(s) unable to attend.

We will try our best to accommodate any additional people wanting to attend the workshop after the group size has been confirmed, however we cannot guarantee this will always be possible. Adding extra people may incur an additional charge on top of the workshop fee due to additional last-minute resources that may need to be purchased.

Events/Parties at other venues – For workshops not in our studio we require a clear table space for you to all to work and sit. We generally require access to electricity and parking nearby for unloading. Each workshop differs in requirements, so if you are unsure, please ask. We are generally very flexible and can work within most spaces. Please let us know if the space you are providing differs from our requirements.

ONLINE WORKSHOPS - Terms & Conditions :

Our standard cancellation terms similarly apply to online workshops. If you are unable to attend the Zoom call itself, we will try and fit you onto another, if it is available. We encourage you to set up your computer so you can record the screen for the session, so you can watch it again when it is convenient for you.
